How it works
Choose
Activities near you are listed with their price, duration and meeting point. What the price includes is spelled out.
Book your place
You pay the deposit in the app. Activities with instant confirmation are confirmed at once; for those confirmed by the vendor, the vendor answers within two hours at the latest, and if no answer comes, your deposit is refunded.
Show the QR code
At the meeting point you show the QR code in your booking. You pay the rest to the vendor there.
For travelers
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
Cancel more than 24 hours before the activity and the whole deposit is refunded. It is also refunded if the vendor cancels the session or does not answer in time.
Your booking opens offline
Your booking with its QR code is kept on your phone, so it opens even at a harbour with no signal.
For businesses
WhatsApp is enough
New bookings arrive on WhatsApp, and you accept or decline them with one tap inside the message. The panel is optional.
You collect the money
The traveler pays only the deposit in the app — that is KERVANYA’s share. They pay the rest to you directly on the day.
Bad weather? One tap
You cancel the session: everyone booked on it gets their deposit back automatically, and the travelers are told.
